  To establish a System-to-System connection with Baldor, customers should complete the S2S trade profile form. After a technical review, the parties complete and sign a third party exchange agreement, which protects the privacy rights of both participants. Baldor works closely with the customer to define requirements, and then design, develop, test and implement the connection.
   
 

* Excluding scheduled outages for system upgrades or circumstances beyond Baldor’s control. Scheduled outages, when necessary, are performed during non-peak hours (typically on weekends) and will be posted well in advance allowing customer preparation to minimize disruption of customer’s day-to-day operations.
