RSMD/DSOT
School Registration Procedures

NOTE: Submission of the attached application does NOT guarantee a reserved seat in the requested Class.

The process required for registration and attendance at the Reliance School for Motors and Drives and / or the Dodge School of Transmissioneering is as follows:

Step 1. Prerequisites: 
  The following must be completed before a reserved seat will be granted
The below listed items can be ordered via PowerPlus Performance.com or see your Field Sales Engineer
  A. DSOT
    1. Minimum 2 years selling Dodge Reliance products
2. Completion of DSOT/PREREQ
      a. Order DSOT PREREQ
  B. RSMD
    1. Minimum 2 years selling Dodge Reliance products.
    2. Order RSMD PREREQ
Step 2. Select Class
  A. Determine which School (RSMD, DSOT or both) you are eligible for and desire to attend.
  B. Select the desired class date(s). The school dates can be found under the Class Schedule tab on the left upper corner of this page.
   
Step 3. Get Registration Form
  A. Download and open the application form (MS Word format) for DSOT/ RSMD or double click to open online the application form in your browser.
   
Step 4. Complete Registration Form
  A. Complete all requested information on the form.
  B. Print a hard copy of the form
  C. Sign your name under the Prospective Attendee block in the Approval section.
   

Step 5. Routing of Registration Form

  A. Applicant
    1.The registration form needs to be signed next by your Manager.
(If applicant is the manager, then they need only sign the "Manager" block)
    2. Forward or fax the completed and signed form to your Baldor Dodge Reliance Field Sales Engineer (FSE).
  B. Field Sales Engineer
    1. The FSE will determine if the applicant has met the requirements for the requested school.
    2. The FSE should sign in the appropriate block and forward the application to their Regional Sales Manager.
  C. Region Manager
  1. Sign form and submit application to Power Services Training Team.
 
Step 6. Notification
  A. Applicants will be notified 6 weeks prior to the start of the requested class via formal invitation.
  B. Classes will not be established nor seats reserved prior to four weeks. At this point notification will also be sent to request travel arrangements
be made.
